Show Notes:

There are many issues which can crop up in a tight-nit group (like a playgroup) which, if not addressed, can cause fissures and strain and, ultimately, lead to some negative experiences. On this episode, Jimmy and Josh discuss lessons they’ve learned regarding how to cultivate a healthy group dynamic so you can have more fun on Commander night.

TtL: My playgroup spans from brand new to expert/Judges, and we have managed to be a very positive, helpful, and welcoming playgroup. Even more, we've started to become friends. AWE CRAP... Jimmy's back... now I have to enjoy the command zone, and jumbo commander. =D Edit: puppet gag was great.

Welcome back jimmy!!!

Some good life advice in this one. Hoping you guys pick Jimmy's brain about some more game-related topics soon too. He was gone for the release of GRN after all!

Welcome back, Jimmy! Great to see you. Thoroughly enjoyed DJ's run as well. (did I do it right?)

Jimmy your wavelength theory is interesting. A number of years ago I took a "questionnaire" that tells you about your social life languages. It is very parallel with what your saying, I highly suggest it. If your interested I'll send you the link.

Great to have Jimmy back (although DJ is great too). This was not my favorite episode though. I feel like I've heard the 'everyone targets me first / everyone is more powerful than me' scenarios a bunch of times already. Maybe it's good to have it in a dedicated episode so people will find it more easily than a random Q&A segment.

This and the previous episode (DJ’s last) probably saved me as a commander player. Had a really negative experience at my FLGS the last time I played and was ready to walk away from commander entirely. Between these two episodes, I think I can see where I went wrong and am willing to give it another shot.
