That original title got me. It started with Crazy Commander Game (the Gaby/Kenji game), and I thought it was a new Game Knights, but then I realized it was just a copy/paste of a recommended videos list, haha :((( At least it reminded me I still haven't watched the last FoF video! Gonna watch that before the podcast, I hope Jimmy appreciates either way :P

I love playing control and while there are a lot of things I love playing, to this day my lgs and local group forget tempest of light is a thing.

It was really cool to see Jumbo Commander after seeing his Game Knights audition. He looked like he had an awesome time. To the creators: My best friend has had a Grixis control deck since my play-group got into commander in 2015. Honestly, there are cards that can help you deal with control like Dragonlord Dramoka (best kind of answer to control because it stops them from playing everything at instant speed- which is huge), Vexing Shusher, vedalken orrery (becuase vedalken orrery and it's great to play instant speed against control because they don't know what you have coming) etc, but mainly, the best way to deal with a control deck is to get the table to focus their energy on beating the control player. One-on-one you can't win, my token deck's record against his control deck (in one-on-one) is 33-17. However, in commander (aka multiplayer), my odds are much better. In addition, lowering your average cmc is quite helpful, playing board-maintainers helps, and playing things such as Dragonlord Dramoka helps but mainly just make sure that the control player answers everything at the table (make them over-commit) and get them on everyone's bad side.
