Progress Report, 09/02 - 24 (Patreon)

Hello everyone and welcome to another in the line of progress reports!

The Ivy project has seen more work this week, where I've managed to reach the halfway point roughly in terms of the core animation on Scene 1, with one of the slight pose shifts having been resolved, as seen above. I figured her breasts should be more on the free side once the actual sex grows more intense, so we can get some good jiggle in there. Spirits remain high when it comes to this project, if anything owing to the amazing voice work I have to deal with, so I endeavor to progress as consistently as I've managed to since the shift of the year.

On another note, the comic content poll has ended with some rather decisive results, with a very clear majority of backers wanting to see more comic content, sporting a pretty impressive voter turnout considering the medium in question. I am genuinely equally as happy as I am surprised by these results, where comics proved to be a format that allowed me to create more long-form stories than what animations ever could, but which I was genuinely unsure about whether they hit the mark or not. While I'm not convinced I've found some kind of perfect formula, it does show that storytelling of this kind has a place in my work, which makes an old writer's heart very warm indeed. Thanks everyone who voted and commented - I'll be sure to take the feedback on board, going forward.

Speaking of going forward, I am, as of writing this report, unsure of exactly what will be next when it comes to comics, but I have at least figured I wouldn't succumb to over-planning the whole thing. Thus I'll look into getting a few ideas to present to you all in a poll for the near future, spread over a couple of franchises and settings, and then we'll see what catches your attention. This might land as early as sometime next week, or the likes, depending on how many ideas I can get to coalesce in my mind, and how many I want on there for the vote. Decisions, decisions.

But that's it for this week - the Less Popular Ladies vote has been underway for a few days on Discord for those tiers, and will see its conclusion by tomorrow Saturday, so I'm eager to see what surprise I wake up to there. The $10 tier meanwhile is wrestling with the Scenario poll of this month, which will have its results by Thursday next week. To warp an expression we have up here into English: we've got a lot of balls in the air.
