Though the Blood Elves had acclimated fairly well to the generally stoic attitude of the less refined races, there were still moments of uncertainty and clashing of cultures. Hostels being overcrowded in elven lands simply meant you moved on to the next one, but elsewhere, it was seemingly treated as a simple matter of spacial calculation.

The innkeeper's words still rung in her head as she'd watched them unceremoniously enter through the doorway; her room invaded by two men who, by virtue of their birth, rightly should have been at each other's throats. Instead, idle banter had reigned between them, until such a time where she'd demanded they leave the premise - where upon she, instead, quickly became the focus of attention.

"Das' a short un', innae et?"

"You always liked them short, didn't you, Hakaju?"

"Make for easiah' positionin', ye kno'?"

Her face had, at that point, heated up, and she'd begun to voice a protest over their crude demeanor - words that trailed off, finding no strength nor conviction as the two, suddenly, were so very close. With their sheer length towering over her, muscle bristling under tarnished cloth, she had to avert her eyes, finding her her gaze instead trailing up to meet theirs, swallowing hard as she felt her knees go weak - not from fear, but from another, more pressing atmosphere.

"Surely we, as civilized folks, can come up with some form of arrangement that will satisfy all parties?"

That night, the draenei's words proved more than true.

Monday Loop! It was high time for another Warcraft piece, and while I'm not the greatest elf-fan of the lands, I thought it high time to test out the marvelous Blood Elf model by the talented Phonicbot. The render times on this piece were pretty manageable owing to the inherent model qualities shining even at lower sample rates, so hopefully the Enhanced crew is getting their fill this week :)

Thank you, as always, for your continued support and for all of your kind words! It's been a rough few weeks leading towards Halloween, but I've got an idea in the works that I hope pans out. Regardless, the community poll will reign, but we'll see in what form I can deliver your will :)
