Most people weren't privy to seeing the Shadow Broker face to face, but for the few exceptions across the galaxy, the Commander was the most self-evident. Intel traded hands, as did credits, and when it was all said and done, the suffocating environment of their arrangement had the two leave the seedy locales of the bar, finding themselves in the relative fresh, if recycled, air of the station's back alleys.

There, on truly neutral ground, they could negotiate their continued relation, going forward.

And relieve some of that stress, while they were at it.
