Hello everyone and welcome to another brief and a bit late progress report!

Yesterday I was saddled with overtime, and came home late into the night, so my apologies for being a little late with this progress report.

The extensive scene build for LotW2 Redux is finally, in my eyes, done. It may require some tweaking, but I've finally found a ground texture that doesn't seem to vanish easily when cameras slide off their main bone, and even if it does I have devised a work-around for such occasions. The amount of foliage I've posed in this piece is giving me a headache just thinking back on, but I'm pretty happy with how it's turned out, and think it at least passes for "jungle" environment. Lighting meanwhile will try to utilize a bit more stark shadows, to give the scene some more life and to truly feel like a night-time endeavor - though I will be careful to not let it get too dark, as the program easily pushes lighting levels down upon rendering. Creating things in SFM tends to be half working, and half fighting with the program to make it do what you want it to do, and this project is no different - however, we persevere, because we believe this will turn out pretty darn well.

My forays into Blender continues as well, as you may have noticed. Wednesday wallpapers will probably, for the foreseeable future, feature quite a lot of Blender content, until such a time where I learn to animate in it efficiently - which will be both nerve wrecking and exciting to do. At any rate, I hope to have something to show for it at the end of it all, and I hope you'll like what I have in store! Shiny doughnut still incoming!

Several smaller project ideas have appeared over the course of working on LotW2, none of which I will fully announce at this rate, but which might turn out interesting either way. Regarding future prospects, once we have this one finished, I am considering running a poll that, for once, excludes, say, the top 3 ladies we usually feature on here or the likes in an attempt to give the others a chance in the spotlight. While we all for instance, no doubt, love our flagship girl Liara, she (and some friends of hers) just keeps crushing in every poll she's featured in, and I'd like to give fans of other girls and settings a shot. While I understand this might be slightly disappointing for many fans, rest assured that there will be plenty of smaller projects alongside the larger ones - you know how I work in the end :)

Commission work, as always, continues, and I hope to have one of them finished up for this Monday unless things go haywire. Time, as always, will tell.

Thank you for your support, and for your great patience and kindness. These are tough times, but the thought that some people, confined to the indoors, might find some solace in  my work is a great motivating factor in continuing what I do, and improving. I hope this project will be my best one yet, and that whatever endeavors follows, we'll continue down that road :)

Take care of yourselves, and each other!

I am sadly not aware of any good Persona models out there that would function with my kind of content in mind
