Progress Report, 16/08 - 19 (Patreon)

Hello everyone and welcome to another progress report.

As we can see above, the poll has ended, and slightly in the Dragon Queen's favor. That being said, I am not comfortable simply letting LotW2 simmer in the background, particularly considering the rather even split in the vote numbers. As such, I'll be utilizing a two-pronged approach; I will be looking heavily into LotW2's script and to potentially expand it with a voice actress for Lulu, while I will keep working on the Dragonmaw Prisoner project.

The hope is that Dragonmaw Prisoner will be the last project I do that doesn't have professional voice acting. Alexstrasza's voice is a bit of a pain to find someone suitable for which is why I'm sticking to the olde style, and while Lulu's husky tones is its own challenge I believe I already have someone in mind for it. Worst case there's casting calls, as I now have channels for that :)

The reception of the N7 project meanwhile appears to still be favorable, with a lot of new patrons and a ton of supportive comments. Welcome to all new people, and glad to have you on board!

I've had a bit of a downer week with mandatory overtime, meaning I've been hard pressed to kickstart the work on Dragonmaw just yet, but it's in the works and I hope to have something more concrete to show for it next Friday. Plenty more wallpapers and loops are coming up - I've slowly come to realize that things don't need to be particularly super fancy with massive scene builds, particularly with wallpapers. Sometimes people just want to have some blue boobs squished in their faces :)
