Progress Report, 26/04 - 19 (Patreon)

Fridays are for cradling yourself in a fetal position on the couch, and reporting in on what you've managed to get done for the past week.

Within a day of announcing that I was going to stop doing commissions, I was hit by a case of the stomachflu. Seemingly suffering the terrible vengeance of some distant, petty god, I've spent most of my days recuperating in various, but virtually always horizontal positions, having only, as of writing this, finally managed to convince my SO that using the laptop for a few minutes won't kill me.

None the less, my mind has not sat still for this time - I might be immunocompromised, but I am not smut-compromised. Thus, even in the throes of sickness, DH presses on to come up with ideas for his silly ventures, and speaking of ideas: behold the image above.

An old idea that I kept circulating some time ago regarding "shorts" came to mind once more, that is, the notion of projects that have sound, editing etc with a finalizing creampie, much in the same vein of my very early work but, hopefully, of higher quality. Featured above is the "Short Project" that I've tinkered with a bit known as N7 Parnack Negotiations. It'll be, by my estimates, about a minute or so long, and feature a single, final creaming (which Miranda is well suited for) with an accompanied story snippet. It'll also make use of the DAZV4 version of Liara, just so I can get a feel for the model and see if it's as good as the old one I otherwise tend to use.

These will work much better to stimulate the old brain of mine in between larger project work, and has the aim of making sure I don't start a massive project whenever my mind wanders - before inevitably ditching said project as it becomes too big and I lose interest. You have no idea how many projects have died on the drawing table, or during its initial posing, simply because they became too large and intimidating.
