Hello everyone and welcome to the weekly progress report!

Let's keep it short but sweet: major steps forward on both Lady of the Woods 2 as well as Project Blitzball this week.

Teaser for scene 1 of LotW2, which animation is now largely finished:

Scene 2 is underway, with the core animation being established and will feature, I hope, a rather radical scene transition that I haven't attempted before. It's related to the image above, so there's the teaser for that :)

Massive sound-extraction project is finally finished. It didn't sit well with me to just leave it half-arsed like I did last time. "Enough" sounds doesn't cut it, so now I've extracted literally every single Lulu sound from FFX. I might consider getting into FFX2's files just to scrounge up whatever dialogue she has there, but I have a feeling that's something for later.

Post-HDD transfer appears to be functioning well enough. Aside from a ton of standard folder pathing that I've had to sort out, SFM runs much smoother as a program on my new hard drive compared to my old one. The goal is still to have Lady of the Woods 2 finished by the end of the month, so let's hope my job and/or health doesn't throw any curve balls our way shall we :)

The AI for Blitzball in the game is also too dumb to manage anything but a 5-0 victory, but I believe I have found a work-around! Why this? Oh who knows :)

As always, thank you so much for your continued support, and for all of your kind words! Good to be back in the saddle again, and although I have a persistent cough, at least the cold has subsided to what's considered normal at this time of year up here :)

All the best, and take care of both yourselves and each other! This world could use a little more kindness :)

Hey DH, glad to hear things are progressing well. Extracting all the audio from FFX sounds like an enormous effort, but I'm sure it will be worth it. Looking forward to seeing the finished product!
