News: May 2023 (Patreon)

Scenes, scenes, and more scenes. That's the main focus of the next update. All of the remaining scenes for the love interests will have 2 camera angles, which doubles render time. I'll most likely have all of the scenes rendered or ready to be rendered by the end of the month. If the renders take too long, some scenes might have to be pushed back until the renders are complete. And well, the only thing I have under v0.17 on the to do list is, "the rest of the LI scenes". So beyond that I'll just work on more from the v1.0 to do list while waiting for renders.

Since there's not much else to talk about for this update, let's look at what else is left. In the form of a road map! May: Big scene update. June: Echo's main quest and possibly ending. July: Nexus' main quest and ending. August and beyond: Any of the above that didn't get finished in time, plus the tackling of the v1.0 to do list (that will be split into monthly updates). Once v1.0 is complete, I'll start on v1.1 which will be the final (aside from bugfixes) version. This final v1.1 will probably be held back until it is complete, not split into monthly updates.

I'll note that v1.0 will likely be the final free version. What does that mean exactly? Well, everything that was planned from the start of development will be in v1.0. That includes character customization (which is now just the hair and genitals). As for v1.1, it will include some bonus content that was not originally planned to be in the game. There will be some bonus quest lines and endings plus a few other things. The stuff in v1.1 is mainly meant to be a thank you to those that choose to support me. You will be able to fully complete the game in the free v1.0 without being locked out of anything other than a little bit of bonus content. I think that's pretty fair, yeah?
