Hey guys!

I was thinking I start the month with something that many of you have requested earlier. And that is to do some before and after comparison of my comics characters. I'm still not sure about the right format, have it this minimalistic? Add some background? Some date next to the characters?

What do you think? Should I do this in the future, or even go back to older characters as well? Let me know what you think.

I like these kinda things because while some characters go through drastic changes like the librarian some go through smaller changes or ones that are harder to notice like the gyaru girl.

I'd definitely like this for both future and past character, when you have time. Possibly even some halfway views, for those characters that have two major steps in their changes.

Wakeykun

I think it’s be really neat to see this with the older stuff, especially for the stories with more drastic TFs like Welcome to the USA

Stifffel

Cool - i like these before/after comparison. Specially as a wrap-up of a comic :)

A Backround would be good. You could do it like the game night. With a small info box for stats age, height and weight. Or you can choose a Backround from the comic. And finally the socks in all their glory 🤩.

Huba

I like them too It’s so good to see the then and now next to each other the changes seems more dramatically than way sometimes, Some background would make it even better if you ask me.

Wyndon

To agree with others, I think a background is a great idea, should give it some colour outside of ‘The White Void’. I’d also suggest maybe moving them closer together? However I understand it’s to keep up with your traditional comic format and layout. Really excited to see what you did with this ‘Bonus’ line of renders in the future!!

Definitely like the before/after comparison to fully see the changes as a great wrap up. My vote for next set if going back to old comics is for either Summer Break, A Fair Trade, or The Center of Attention. Personally, I'm fine with the white background since I imagine it makes lighting much easier and also gives a brighter, non-shadow look which lets you see changes clearly. Alternatives could be either same background setting for both before/after, or if you really want to stylize things put 2 different thematic backgrounds that fit the before/after personas. Or maybe "before" in the background of the comic setting, and "after" in a place that's thematically expected. Potentially for fun you could also not just do basic shots that help with seeing changes, but maybe stylized poses along with the settings. Like maybe for Center of Attention, have "before" sitting on a couch playing video games and "after" wearing an outfit in a club/alleyway seducing a guy. Or "before" awkwardly passing by a guy, maybe playing a handheld game, and then "after" riding that same guy in some bedroom. Summer Break could be "before" at the original pool setting twiddling her thumbs, and "after" confidently posing at a photo shoot. In the end though, even having the white background comparisons is really nice and adds to the feeling of story wrap-up. Maybe have those or a simple background as the default for each comic, and then over time work on a stylized before/after as inspiration hits you and you have time.

I would like to see more before and after comparisons for past and future characters, with some data next to the characters. The layout from the Game Night character profile pages is good, in my opinion that layout would also look good for before and after character comparisons.

ethan

why shrink her boobs just to make them even bigger? don't quite get the point

SitriAbyss

Well, she got younger at first and with that her breasts shrank a little. Then they have grown bigger.

SitriAbyss

Well, I could add a few info next to them, but probably not so elaborate. We'll see :)

SitriAbyss

Okay, I will try to do some with older characters as well. Thanks for your opinion.

SitriAbyss

I'm not sure I still have the files from that comic, but I will try look them up.

SitriAbyss

Yeah, I think a background would be a good idea. I will see about the stats. And i'm glad you like the socks that much :D

SitriAbyss

Thanks! And thank you for your opinion as well. A background seems like a good idea.

SitriAbyss

Okay, thank you for the suggestions. I think I will have a different format for the next one. Everyone say a background would be nice, se I start with that.

SitriAbyss

These are some good ideas, thank you. I will definitely add some background when I found a good one, or I make one.

David

Can you do a before and after of the girl from brain drain?

Wyndon

Guess this is an odd question, but would you consider releasing some art-packs with community requested renders? I imagine something similar to this (once you’ve mastered it) but with characters in various poses? I imagine maybe you release a collection of Sitri, Alice, and Mia, all in different poses and maybe some different outfits? Also in different transformed states? I could see one of Mia and Alice from Summer Break, Sitri from Holidays Aftermath? Just a suggestion, really excited to see more of these regardless!

SitriAbyss

Well, it's not an impossible request. I could do it occasionally when I have time for extra renders. I will keep it in mind :)
