Here's a short little idea I'd like to expand into a story (with illustrations of course). Let me know what you think!

A young scientist invents a small machine using a crystal that’s synced to her mind. It “saves” a copy of her consciousness at the touch of a button. With the touch of another button, the machine sends her mind back to that point, effectively “going back in time” like reloading a save point in a video game. She use abuses this power to become rich, then sexy, then powerful.

One night she gets careless. She’s giving the hottest new man in town a steamy blow job on the balcony of her moonlit vista. The man clenches her head tight to him as he cums hard into her mouth.
