New Reward Tiers / Patreon Page Rework (Patreon)

I did it now, I changed my Patreon page little bit. Main reason for this was the refunding I had to do month for month because of the progress of my main projects. It just didn't work with a monthly reward system. The new system allows me to fix the mentioned issue and to deliver more frequently rewards within a month.
