The effort you guys make and the value you provide, the learning you deliver to us, is truly fabulous. Proud to be a patron because you are both so logical in a world so currently lost of value and common sense. Thank you!

We intake information. We decide if we believe it or not and then move on, in a non stop steady stream. It's physically impossible to research every piece of information you read, hear and see every single day, all day long. The best we can hope for is that our brains will say, STOP, is that true? Then we single out something that we think may be inaccurate and spend time researching and cross referencing the suspicious information. I spread out my sources of information and I'm always questioning everything, but you can never be sure that you haven't fallen victim to a false narrative through omission. Of course, if you're a "didohead", Alex Jones disciple, Fox News junky, the odds of you being deceived and manipulated are a lot higher. In defense of the BBC journalist, it's quite common that when someone gets in our face and makes aggressive on the spot demands for an instant response and leaves no time for us to reflect, it causes our brains to go blank. I bet after the interview was over and he was on his way home, his brain was suddenly coming up with dozens of examples of hate speech he's seen on twitter. I didn't like seeing that side of Musk, he was like a bully. Truthfully, Musk came off a lot nicer and more positive in the BBC edit than he did in this edit.
