As much as I love this, I do wish there was a featherless version. Those small and thin parts on the past few months models don't print well with FDM for me.

Try upping the scale a little. I've done several at about 140% (including the Eclipse Celestial) and far less finicky. Of course, if you're gaming with them that's not an option. A bigger model like this rex shouldn't have many problems with that issue though.
