The Celestial's face reminds me of some of Peter Morbacher's Emanation art. This is going to be quite the miniature

Excellent work as always, Lee! Is the flames and wings printed separately from the figure? I'd like to see about getting some translucent resin for it and coloring them.

theres a version where the flame ball is missing and the wings are planted on the ground. the wings are attached to the body. There was really no way to separate those wings.

Chip, my plan with this one is to do the whole thing in clear (well, you could do red if you wanted to, or other colors), and then go around the areas close to the body with Masking Fluid for Painters. Paint the body as you see fit, then use an eraser tool to remove the masking fluid from the areas you don't want paint on. I've done this on multiple minis, and it works REALLY well... aside from having to be exceptionally careful not to get the masking fluid too far onto the area you DO want to paint, as it can pull the pain off from those areas too easily.

Sounds like a good way to go about it. I’m just getting into 3D printing and back into painting models after a 20 year break. I’m trying to learn the new techniques and remember my old ones.

Peter should do a KS for miniatures of his art and get Lee to model it. That would be amazing.
