Z-brush, eh? I only ever work in Max for training sims. Max has a “Shell modifier” that creates inner surfaces based on surface normals. But your dense organic surfaces would most likely crash the software :/

its just the new update...its causing a lot of issues. Ive been using zbrush since 2006 and this is the worst its ever been. Im not entirely sure what the issue is!
