That looks awesome! Have you considered having the feet/ankles and/or hands/wrists attached too? Make it look like the tormented individual is being forced to do things they do not want to do.

shes kinda meant to be one with these large appendages. Like shes a "decoy" that the monster is trying to desguise itself with...but failing

Looks sweet! Would you consider doing one with an alternate head that’s not tormented? I loved the “I’m going to eat your soul” look of the original concept art, and this one has more of a “my soul’s being eaten” look. But even as is it looks awesome!
