C13 AEGIS 1.56 - Dashcam mode, filmic mapping (Patreon)

A few more fixes and updates and gimmicks.
This isn't the massive update that 1.54 was but it does bring two new notable features: Dashcam mode, and a filmic tonemapping adjustment. The first modifies colors and activates lens distortion for some cool visual effects, while the new filmic mode re-introduces the milky black look at high exposure levels. Both are optional. With this, i think we're ready-ish for public release, pending any issues found.
Some notes on dashcam mode:

• for pixelated look set fov to 80-100
• power of the sun is forced on
• calibration sliders do not work for dashcam mode
