March was super busy for us, but also super fun!  My goal is to keep dropping short videos in between our normal weekly videos, but that got a little interrupted due to the trip to California this month, thankfully I was still able to get weekly videos out this month.

What was your favorite video this month? For me it was a tough choice between surprising Kyde and the "silent" video to Chichibu. Both were really fun to make for different reasons, which I think are pretty obvious. Haha.

Hitchhiking Hokkaido | Part 18 - Naked with Strangers in Nemuro!

Quiet Trip to Chichibu, Japan

Future!

-Our trip to Borneo will move into the Malaysian state of Sabah soon!

-I will start working on a super secret (Kyde doesn't even know!) project soon. I hope it pans out soon.

-Hong Kong will be shot this year during Golden Week. Not sure of the estimated upload time yet.

-We have been talking about doing another Tokyo Ward video soon!

-There is still some coffee flavored butter in the fridge.

-....and a ginger flavored coke.

-More hitchhiking footage! The next video will be really cool, I'm editing it right now and loving it.

-Just to be clear, we did not shoot anymore footage in America. The trip was primarily to catch up with friends and family we haven't seen in years and was a vacation from everything in a way. Hope everyone understands.

Mine was absolutely "Surprise Kyde".. I found the silent video fun, as an experiment, but at the same time found it a little bit annoying because a big part of your videos charm is you two, chatting about stuff and explaining things.. There was quite a few times where I was wondering about something in the video, and didn't get any explanation of what it was, kinda like looking at photos in someone's album, and they are not there to tell the story behind them . Hope I don't come across all negative :-)

Totally understandable. Something I was interested to hear that people enjoyed about the silent video was how it was very much like visiting Japan in the sense that often you will see things you don't understand, and that being a part of the experience of being here. Don't worry though, that style of video won't become our normal thing. It was just something to shake up my production style a bit, it was surprisingly refreshing to create. -E
