Do a ghost chili challenge and record that, I did it and I can talk you through the steps. 30 seconds in, not so bad. 31 seconds in, instant regret. The next 15 minutes are spent wondering how it is actually getting worse. The next 15 minutes are spent wondering when it is going to end. After around 30 minutes (total) its over. The next hour is spent feeling like you just did 8 bongs as the endorphin release surges like you would not believe. I really love spicy food, there is never anything like that in grey England.
