Haha, honestly I was worried more about the social aspect being awkward than I was about my safety. Japan is seriously that safe, it can't be overstated. Also, the social aspect has been fine! -E

Congrats on the journey so far...can't wait to continue hearing about it. My first thought was whether or not you might have trouble fitting into a random Japanese car due to your height. Any issues with that?
