Is that what called the Dried bonito flakes? Is that the same? Just learning different Japaneses style meals. I going to venture out and try to make some meals at home. I notice from you all videos that they use eggs a lot in there meals. Lot of those meals look really good. I try to capture how you say what they are and look them up.
