Have you watched Tampopo by Itami Jūzō? It's a great movie and you should watch it in any event, but it's particularly relevant to eating ramen.

All the food you guys eat in Japan looks so incredible! This might be a ridiculous question then, but I'll ask it anyway: is there any food item from back home (i.e. US) that you miss? What is the one (or two) thing(s) you would be jonesing for when you go back to the US? Or is there any food that you had on your travels abroad that you wish you could get access to in Japan?
