Had a lot of fun in April with photostreams. finally warm enough it's comfortable to walk around at night and get some shots and nature is coming to life so there are endless little bugs and flowers to grab snaps of.

As with all photo collections, I've added a little comment to each photo you can see by clicking on them to open a gallery with the commentary.

If you are thinking "wait, what? Livestream photos?" let me quickly explain. During livestreams on Twitch I do photography with our fancy camera and a variety of different modern and vintage lenses. I share the shots instantly with the livestream, which is great fun for me. I love that it's so raw, they see the photos as they are taken, not how they are edited. It can be tricky to get shots like this and keep everything natural looking. This worked pretty well. I like the lens flare.

This statue is pretty spooky lol.
This almost looks like a tilt-shift photo. I like when you find rules being broken right in front of a sign haha.
got a literal telescope lens and took a selfie at 1000mm from quite a long ways away haha.
this is a bit more of what this lens is for, neat shot of the moon. the white distortions are falling cherry blossoms.

takenoko, a baby bamboo. I love the texture and lighting of this photo. It's so sharp too!
I spent like 45 min at this bush of flowers finding little bugs to document. Love the light and colors in this shot.

Wish the ladybug was slightly sharper, but the composition is great. Its got a "honey I shrunk the kids" vibe.
These big bus sized bees are what grabbed my attention at the start.

This probably could be done better, I think I'll play with this in the future with a telephoto lens. Shooting down the log.
