Sketchbook - Gwyllion Queen (Patreon)

The Gwillions are the Evil Mountain Elves of Wales. These are ugly female creatures that lie in wait for travelers on mountain roads at night and lead them astray.

 The drawing depicts the queen of the gwillions from the Russian fantasy book "Three Crow Queens". In this book, they are not evil, rather neutral, and look like stone monsters only when daylight falls on them. In any other light, they look like beautiful elves with gray skin.
