My  name is Paul Diggs, and I am the creator of "Wolfstar: Sins And  Paradise".  As of this time, my works have been supported here for two  years, and we have seen great improvement  in overall quality, and content.  Our game is 25% complete, and  I appreciate the support!  We have a long road ahead. 

Why use Patreon?
My  main reason for being here is to help  fund my main passion project  "Wolfstar: Sins and Paradise", an adult visual novel.  I am the game's  lead designer, programmer, writer, editor, and currently the only  artist.  SPECIAL NOTE:  My Patreon is now set to charge up  front for new members.  New members are charged upon the day they join,  and then on the first of every month thereafter.  To avoid "double  charges", it is best to join during the first week of a new month.

Game Story and Gameplay
In  WSSAP, you are Wolfstar, (a recently deceased hero), trapped with your friend in the dark city of Paradise.  Choices you make create new story paths and outcomes.  I try to avoid cliche’ virtues like paragon versus complete sociopath when it comes to choosing a path.  Instead, my goal is to  embrace the sacrifice our choices inevitably come with, time and limited  resources are the main obstacles of our game.

There are five  main characters to date, and you'll definitely want to experience every  journey they have to offer.  No single play through will uncover all the  mysteries there are to unravel.  

Newly dead, beware!  The dark  entity known only as, the Tax Man, comes to collect at the end of every  month.  If you're having little to no sexual encounters, it will come  with a hefty cost, as the Tax Man has imposed sexual quotas to all  citizens living in his city.  Players can of course make up the  difference by paying cash to the Tax Man, but that means spending more  time at work as a stripper to pay off those debts–and a stripper's job  is not without its share of dangerous encounters!  Choose wisely who you want to spend your afterlife with, as there are no second chances, just like real life on any given day.

Production Cycle and Budget
My  Patreon page’s success will determine the majority of the money to fund  the project.  As for the cycle, I work on the project daily with one  update at the end of each month–“The Tax Man Cometh”.  I’ll try to stay consistent with updates, and  post images regularly onto FurAffinity/Twitter/Tumblr and other promotional websites.  As I am creating an adult game, the other sites must run in accordance with Parental Guide standards and civil practices  regardless of being heavily displayed via the internet.

Who is my target audience?
Adults.   Men and women ages 18+  who enjoy visual novels and who also enjoy  witnessing the organic creation of a product from start to finish.

Why tell this story?
I  want to.  

There are plenty of stories touching on the afterlife similar to this one, but they do not explore in depth the sexual frustrations  nor truly seem to grasp what is actually going on in the mind of “an  everyday gay man”.  Instead most stories are just about the “stereotype”  gay man who is over the top, over dramatized, and extreme in their  flaming homosexuality (not that THAT is a bad thing, but IT HAS BEEN  DONE and there are other tons of kinks, sex and points of view that are never  explored).  I have something to offer, a different perspective as  someone who will responsibly show their life experiences and maybe  deliver enlightening insight to people who are coming out of the closet/  support gay lifestyles/ are apart of alternate lifestyles as well.

What  makes “Wolfstar Sins and Paradise” a compelling game and sets it apart  from other similar theme games includes the following:
a)  Multiple branching story path that hosts a colorful cast of unique characters.  You'll interact with humans, monsters, mythical beasts,  demons, aliens, and angels, each offers the player a “Wonderland” of  possibilities in the afterlife.
b) Exploration includes hidden items, unlocking gallery images (impossible to accomplish until several plays) and a deep focus on story driven gameplay.
c) Fantasy worlds, and understanding the problems with a  lifetime of sexual repression/lack of experience.  Players can embrace a  monogamous relationship for an entire run or try  experimentation with multiple suitors.  The darker twisted elements of relationships like fetishes and lust are also included.  This is an  Adults only game!
d) The entire creation of the game is organic, you the visitors/ players/ and fans through supporting the creator are helping to make this hobby become a professional product.  Rewards like having requested artwork from DSN make it into the game, and more spoils are coming!  You play an important role in the creation and success of this game.

What I bring to this story that is identifiable or relatable to those who hear it?
The  plight of the every-day, not loud but still proud gay man.  A man who  just likes men, especially when those men just behave as men.  I'm a  voice for men who like men that act like men.  Don't get me wrong, I had  parents who loved me, I had a great childhood, and my own personal  experiences in the dating field is numerous and varied.  I hope to share some great dating stories [some that really happened] through this  game.  

Does this story make parallels to everyday life common to most people?
Exactly what I hope to achieve.  It should.

Love, Sex, Respect, Sex, Friendship, More Sex, Revenge, Angry Sex, Family, Anger, Rebellion, Alternative Reality, Sex, Adventure, Changes, Sex, Metamorphosis, Kinks, and Sex.

Character Bios

Wolfstar
A  young wolfkin from the planet of Tesiare, (another world filled with an  abundance of feral-like creatures).  He has lived a life filled with  honor, always putting work and others before his own needs, and always  striving to improve himself less his enemies prevail due to his  weaknesses.  Failing his life’s mission to finally destroy the demon  Dagio Seiga, he has fallen in spirit.  He is a quick study, a  sharpshooter, loves detective novels, and embraces all the qualities of a  knight.  His alien dna even in the afterlife has a major flaw with the  popular sports drink known as BFP which has a nasty habit of reducing  intelligence proportionately with increasing muscular physique,  essentially leaves wolfkin like Wolfstar and Hyper as big dumb horny  brutes with a serious lack of inhibition.

Hyper  
Like  Wolfstar, Hyper is an alien and true friend who also took a major hit to  the pride belt with the recent loss.  Though he’s typically energetic  and carefree, this is merely a facade that hides the true painful past  that lurks within.  As a berserker, Hyper is an extremely destructive  force of nature.  He specializes in swordsmanship and taunting.   

The Tax Man
A  powerful and mysterious figure head of the city of Paradise.  He comes  to tally the sexual acts and collect money from all the people living in  the city once a  month.  He's responsible for determining rates, and  suddenly after twenty years of stable living, he hikes up the price with  each passing month...and those who cannot afford to pay or reach their  ever increasing sexual/ monetary quotas have their souls taken away.   The Tax Man is an ever loaming danger, always watching from the shadows,  a lecherous dread horror whose sense of justice is herald by the  virtues of greed and lust.
