Emi and Seraphina were roommates in college, and Seraphina has been teaching Emi how to box for a few years. Though strong, Emi has yet to gain the experience required to fight in the league.

After Emi's recent win against Mai in the park, Emi was feeling pretty high despite her opponent being just as inexperienced. After taunting Seraphina about her first unofficial win, Seraphina puts Emi to the test and shows her how much she still has to learn.
