Okay yes we have seen the Cats trailer and yes we have a lot of opinions about it. (And also some deep thoughts about Neon Genesis Evangelion, which is a different sort of show but also kind of related? Sort of?) James is introduced to Heathcliff's trash ape, and we speculate about the nature of reality and owls. And I am CALLED OUT for who I was in high school.

I really enjoyed the deep discussion about NGE, partially because the idea of thinking so deeply about tv show is foreign to me. Regarding Cats, the Rum Tum Tugger is the best because his lyrics are so accurate. He’s exactly what every cat is. Also, we’re due for a Betty Boop update (Boopdate?) and/or a story about James’ grandmother.
