The ONLY reason I would ever commit this sin in a cat universe is um.... my sister asked me to paint her dog for her birthday. His name is Lamprey, he's VERY old, and dodged euthanasia a couple weeks ago when he suddenly sprung to life again for a bit. He's a good boy, but unfortunately not long for this world. At least his life has been full of happiness! :D

I struggled with my approach on this considering it's supposed to be respectful to his memory. I didn't want to go full toon, so I had to aim for photorealistic, with a toony twist? (If that makes sense). This is definitely outside my comfort zone, but I I think it turned out well enough! BARK BARK!

This was sent off to be professionally printed and framed. I should have it this week!
