Should I make a separate channel entirely for Declassified shorts? I'm afraid that I'll be blowing up notifications and making people less interested when other videos are uploaded.

I agree with UnblendedKorchnoi but at the same time, if having shorts on Maverick Files would be beneficial to you, then do it.
