New reward send out method (Patreon)

Since after changing the payment into upfront Patreon has ruin my Manager page and I'm really confuse of what to sent out an what not.

To solve the problem I will post a reward on Posts page after the cycle payment is complete (probably around 3-5th or the month) and I will delete the link after the month end. This way anyone who pledge during August reward can all get the reward.
