I loved this episode and LOVE LOVE LOVE Old Gods of Appalachia. I could almost hear my dad's voice telling stories of his days as a 9-year old child in the early '40s placing dynamite inside an underground mine. That was in rural Alabama, by the way, very much a part of the southern Appalachian mountains region.
