When I picture Mr. Blevins I seem to picture Lucas Turner in my mind. If y’all don’t know who that is, he was on Criminal Minds episode “To Hell and Back”. He played the mentally handicapped larger but younger brother. I knew he was a bad guy but his portrayal made me feel so bad. I cried at the end for him and the girl… Mr. Blevins is just him I. My mind.
