Anyone else getting an error when trying to purchase? The error code is SYS-PF-001 and there isn't a human at etix to speak too.

Please reach out to the venue itself (not etix, the Appalachian Theatre of the High Country) about any issues. We aren't involved in the ticketing process at all.

Ok for those having the same issue here is what it is. So SYS-PF-001 means that the AI that etix uses to prevent scalpers is thinking you are trying to bulk purchase tickets. In my case I bought tickets for the event and then went in to buy VIP tickets. It sees that as a scalper trying to buy multiple blocks of tickets so it blocks you. The way around it is to use a different email for the two transactions. So in case anyone else is struggling with buying GA tickets and then VIP tickets that's what you need to do.
