Appraisal is a powerful, deity-esque woman with the ability to rewrite anyone's past and present. As the World's Stenographer, she catalogs everyone's actions -- but she also lost her memory of her job and is stuck on earth without knowing about her abilities or her previous status.

Now she's just a woman who stalks people and learns everything there has to know about every single person. Only problem is that everything she writes becomes true because it has to be, as the World's Stenographer. Her ability to accurately describe people is marred by the fact that she doesn't quite know what the average is, considering herself to be the most normal person around.

As she catalogs people's behaviors, habits and measurements by observation, her details aren't exactly accurate. This causes people to change, whether it's insignificant or not doesn't matter since it's always been true. But, Audrixtura--Tura, she can already change her body and appearance as often as she wants, being a changeling. Which makes Tura and Appraisal BFFS by default. More info on that later~!
