It's that time again, except this one is a lucky two in one month post.

I think since these are early on in development posts I can shed some light in what progress has actually been completed. So this is the obligatory "Project Completion Percent Done" post.

So before we get into the hard numbers I wanna thank everyone for supporting me on this tier without any forward information on this project besides that it is a weight gain game. I'm keeping it mostly in the dark to make it a surprise for people by the time it comes out, but that's hard when you're poor and need money to fund the development on it. So to those of you who see this post right now, thank you it means so so much to me.

Also if you haven't seen the other two updates please check them out, there might be overlapping information but if you want to get the most out of these posts and your patron, I suggest givin' them a light read.

Project Android Current Development Completion:

  • Android (50%)

The design of the android is completely finished. The lineart of the sprites of her body for all the weight gain stages are completely done. Her facial sprite lineart base is finished, with the ability to move forward for any emotion or expression needed. These sprites need to be colored, fit together and the android herself needs a name.

  • Design (07%)

Design is a category I'm using for UI/UX and any other art assets that aren't related to the main character. All of the UI is currently in a planning phase, and no background assets have been completed.

  • Story (45%)

There is currently a 6 page "Bible" and outline of the story as well as the character behind the Android. This is constantly being worked on through development with a close friend of mine. We've pinned the game down to four acts that are equally as interesting. The dialogue for these acts have not been written, there's no complete script yet. All of the major story beats have been planned and fleshed out.

  • Game (05%)

The game's development is going to go through two phases before completion. There's a rough draft that is basically the game's story and dialogue tree completely done through twine to make sure everything flows and is parsed through correctly, as well as ironing out any of the variables to make sure that the ending that is desired is achieved. Second is the actual game being built in ren'py. Having had prior experience with ren'py and python, this part is more of a cleanup phase that makes the already written game beautiful. There's also a few puzzles that might have to be done... Using something else... But that's a secret! ;o) Overall, the actual game part of the game has not been touched as the story is not finished and act one's dialogue isn't written fully. Most of the things here are conceptual.

  • Music (95%)

This is my favorite part... My very close friend is a musician, as well as a game developer, and has allowed me access to his back catalog of music for the game. Every song that he's ever made that hasn't already been in a game is available as a tool for me to use. This means that the soundtrack is incredible, something that probably hasn't happened in many fetish games out there. This isn't a dunk on any previously scored fetish game out there, this is just a high opinion on the music I've received. The best part is that his style fits with the presentation of the game. While I have access to all these tracks, finding the perfect ones to use in the game is going to be the actual tricky part. I look forward to sharing with you all some tracks that might get used as well as more about the musician. But that will have to be next time <3

So that's it for this time. I hope you're happy with the progress that's been made so far with the game. Sometime soon I'm going to be meeting with my partner on the project about where to take the story next after giving myself a refresher on the story as a whole. This project started in March of this year... Making a game that is good takes a long time, especially with a small crew! Until next time, ciao friends!
