I just noticed it this time around. Flamme's earrings, are the reverse of Frieren's. Frieren's has the same design, but with the gold ontop and the red dangling beneath, while Flamme's has the red dangling from her ear, with the gold at the bottom. And Frieren didn't have earrings at the same time as Flamme, at least so far.

I just started watching this last weekend and I just want to mention, Qual was a very powerful enemy. In an instant he figured out the weakness of the defensive spell. Give him a day and he probably can defeat that same spell. Frieren has to kill him right after his release or else they might not be able to.
