Two things here: For one, Cliff was actually a major character in the ova, he wasn't newly introduced here and in the ova eris meets him. Secondly, I don't quite know why people are so confused by Rudy not recognising Sylphie when: 1) he literally hasn't seen her in years and years, 2) she has a different hair colour, 3) she wears glasses which hide her eyes and 4) she's introduced as a male student to him and wears a boy uniform.

Wow - Sylphy, Zanoba and Cliff. All together in one episode. I'd also lay odds that Miss Silent is none other than xxxxx (censored in case it's a spoiler :) Seeing Rudy blush, and him thinking Fitz is a boy, it looks like he's going to be questioning his sexuality before he learns it's actually Sylphy. Maybe that'll give his manhood the jolt it needs LOL!

It's no joke when Rudy talks about Elinalise's curse, she will literally die if she doesn't regularly have sex. As for Rudy not recognizing Slyphie, they haven't seen each other for 8 years and one of her major and most obvious identifying characteristics is gone, her green hair, the thing that was basically the reason why they even became friends. Then come the big sunglasses and the fact that she is introduced as a boy, as Fitzs, wearing the boys uniform. Cliff met Eris back in MIllis, he is the young, and arrogant, mage that Eris met when she was out goblin slaying, and who had to listen to her singing Rudy's praises while developing a crush on her. The "Miss Silent" Zanoba is talking about is something different, she is called "Silent Sevenstars" by the students. Zanoba is calling her "Silent-san" in engrish while Sylphie is called "mugon (無言) no Fitz" the subtitles just translate it so they look the same.
