Man Akane's face when she's looking in the mirror was such a like realistic human expression that it kind of caught me off guard. Really conveyed a lot with that look. There's also a shot of her near the end when Yamada is explaining what she's like to Tsubaki where they show her little canine teeth in a realistic way. Very cute. Talking about the scene where Akane mentions having regrets about her last relationship, I think it's much less to do with the specific guy and more just some bubbling anxiety around the idea of being in a relationship. Sort of a "things I would do differently next time" kind of thing. That's my read on it, anyway.
