Nope, the Tsukihi OP is taken straight from Tsukihi Phoenix and it's really interesting to me that you remembered it so little because it's actually the most popular Monogatari OP right after Renai Circulation, Nadeko's OP, and it's gotten its fair share of popular meme edits as well.
