Seems like we're supposed to be a bit confused about some things but probably helps remembering some things from season 1, like Kanon/Lay always had 7 sources as The Hero, or Eleonore as a pure magic being used to be Jerga's hateful magic but in the finale Anos changed her into his magic. But with Misa we didn't know anything about her birth in season 1 besides being half spirit and that her father left her half his sword. Now with both halves united to see the true sword is one of Shin's swords, we're pretty much assuming Shin is her father just because she says it's her father's sword. I think the part we're supposed to be confused about is that these 4 other royal demon kings are joining forces to help the gods awaken this new god child who will in turn destroy Anos. But 1 of the subordinates of these demon kings had the other half of Shin's sword, why do they have that when Shin is supposed to be Anos's right hand man? And Shin has been hiding all this time until now that he's inviting Anos to see him in the Spirit realm. This is the mystery that I guess we'll be solving.
