Those that send Ichigo and Zero Squad back up were Shiba Kukaku and Ganju, they helped back at the very start of bleach when Ichigo and his group infiltrated Soul Socety to rescue Rukia. They are also the younger siblings of Shiba Kaien the former lieutenant of Squad 13, whom Rukia had a close relationship to and was forced to kill when he was taken over by a hollow. And as just revealed and previously hinted, they are nephews of Shiba Isshin. The other three that Kukaku told to train were Ginjou, Tsukishima and Giriko, from the Fullbring Arc.
