I've decided Slime 300, Dragon Maid, and I Guess I Became the Mother of the Great Demon King's 10 Children are the Big 3 of the "speedrunning motherhood" subgenre of isekai. I'm not the target demographic but I'm all for this becoming the next big trend. Start with a socially-awkward young woman and introduce her to powerful fantasy beings who she easily domesticates. Give her virgin born children who are adorable, well-behaved, and incredibly powerful. Pepper in shoujo romance tropes or yuri bait elements to anchor an ad hoc family unit. Every episode is heartwarming and the protagonist solves conflicts by being the coolest mom ever.
