You got to think on how the wording of the title goes: a kid who grew up near the last (or highest difficult) dungeon moves to a starter (beginner/weakest) town wanting to become a soldier. The entire town is out in the boonies, so having to fight the strongest monsters in the land is just another day for them. Since everyone can do all these amazing feats, he thinks he weak since he's only a kid still. But since he's from this village, he's OP compared to the normal townsfolk.

Felt really uneven but there are hints of a fun dynamic with yandere x golddigger, and I enjoyed the loli baba x lazy witch scenes. Is this a situation where sloppy early chapters got published as is and are now canon? If I was the editor, Lloyd would have been from a "dark continent," not the equivalent of Hokkaido. The scene with the Level 100 bunny? Didn't need it and it turned power scaling into a distraction. Should have just started the series with him knocking on the witch's door.

well the lv 100 bunny scene wasn't in the manga, it really did start with Lloyd knocking on the witches door. the manga also had more details on why he thinks he's so weak. He can't fish because the fish are giant monster fish. He can't gather firewood because the only wood comes from high level ents. and he got knocked out for a full day during sparring because he broke every bone in his body, and it took him a day to heal back to full. while for other residents it would only take a couple fo hours
