My favorite episodes are the ones where Gina gets as red as the tomatoes she refuses to eat. This is a highly concentrated version of that. Personal teenaged experience for me is the guy whose crush was crushing on him but he didn't realize it because he was such a anxiety ridden wreck. Been there. Screwed it up. Older now. Miss those times.

the show does have a lot of couples. I do like how they do it, since the frustrating scenes can be way too much in most shows. But since they have so many other couples that don't have these crazy misunderstandings to balance things out
