Great episode, I'm not 100% on board of the moon shots/the rock/and Tsukasa's strange history lessons. My 2 thoughts are it's either a red herring and she's just the daughter of let's say a historian and an astronaut, the moon stuff would represent her astronaut or space researcher parent and maybe as a child her historian parent moved them around alot and drilled into her head with historical stories as she went to sleep, which is possible. The second is just the cut and dry she's either 1300 years old, or a reincarnation of the person and simply lived through it. I don't trust anime sometimes given do I believe a 1300 year old would be into SHarknado and manga and modern foods...not really and mostly she speaks and acts a bit mature but also awkward and embarrassed like any 16 year old girl. The writers honeslty went a bit ham with all of this stuff I'd say.
