I think while Mandeok managed to deflect the nuke blast, it probably fucked up his joints rly bad even tho it didn't do enough damage to kill him, so he's kinda like full-body locked down now by the joints, hence why his underlings literally yeet him via teleport while he's still in the same position. I assume he can move his head just slightly by sheer willpower alone, refusing to give up despite the lockdown of all of his joints
