Ishigami wasn't just MVP or best boy, he was heroic in the best sense, he wanted to protect a girl he doesn't even particularly like using a method which would probably make her actively dislike him just because he saw how she was treated was wrong. Miko and he are very alike in their strong sense of justice, they differ in that Ishigami knows that justice does not arise from rules and Miko thinks it does. they will be so fun to watch play off one another, especially since Miko thinks it was Shirogane that saved her on stage, not knowing it was Ishigami's request that moved him.
