While only Milli's followers are strict on monogamy and polygamy is a thing in this world, though usually only for nobles and rich people, people that can actually support multiple families, and Slyphie has shown some level of openness to it, Rudy was pretty clear on it that he has every intention to stay loyal to Slyphie alone. He worships Roxy and pretty much reverted to a child in her presence, clinging to her, wanting attention from her etc. but so far it has all been pretty innocent, especially relative to how Rudy acted with Roxy in the past, and without any ulterior motives. So without some big changes in mindset I don't think he would want to break his promises to Slyphie.
